This guide walks you through the complete process of acquiring leads, from browsing prospects to managing your monthly limits.

The Purchase Process

Step 1: Browse Prospects

Access the Marketplace:

  1. Log in to your Pro Dashboard
  2. Navigate to "Prospects" section
  3. View available leads in marketplace

Available Sections:

  • Prospects: General marketplace (unmatched leads)
  • System Matched Prospects: Algorithm-matched leads
  • Meeting Booked Prospects: High-intent scheduled meetings

Step 2: Review Lead Details

Information Available:

  • User's wealth tier (Retail, Affluent, HNI, UHNI)
  • Location and demographics
  • Financial goals and needs
  • Questionnaire responses
  • Price with tier multiplier applied

Before Purchasing:

  • Assess fit with your expertise
  • Check location compatibility
  • Review timeline and urgency
  • Consider wealth tier and pricing

Step 3: Initiate Purchase

Click "Purchase":

  • Lead details page opens
  • Price displayed (including tier multiplier)
  • GST (18%) will be added at checkout

Purchase Options:

  • Retail Unmatched (Paid Subscribers): May count toward monthly free limit
  • All Other Leads: Proceed to payment

Step 4: Complete Payment

Razorpay Integration:

  • Secure payment gateway
  • Multiple payment methods supported
  • GST automatically calculated and added
  • Invoice generated upon completion

Payment Flow:

  1. Click "Proceed to Payment"
  2. Razorpay checkout opens
  3. Select payment method
  4. Complete transaction
  5. Receive confirmation

Step 5: Lead Activation

After Purchase:

  • Lead appears in your CRM immediately
  • Status set to "new_lead"
  • Can add notes and comments for managing the lead

Cooling-Off Period (System-Matched Leads Only)

What is the Cooling-Off Period?

72-Hour Purchase Restriction:

  • Applies only to system-matched leads
  • Prevents advisors from purchasing the lead immediately
  • Gives the matched user time to book a meeting
  • Lead becomes available for purchase after 72 hours

Why It Exists

Purpose:

  • Allows matched users to book meetings with advisors
  • Prevents advisors from immediately buying system-matched leads
  • Ensures users have priority to initiate contact
  • Maintains fair lead distribution

Timeline

Hour 0: System match created Hour 0-72: Cooling-off period (cannot purchase) Hour 72+: Lead available for purchase

Checking Availability

In Your Dashboard:

  • System-matched prospect page shows countdown timer
  • "Purchase" button disabled during cooling-off
  • Displays hours remaining until available
  • Automatic notification when lead becomes purchasable

Leads Without Cooling-Off

No Restriction:

  • ✓ Unmatched prospects (immediate purchase)
  • ✓ Meeting-booked prospects (immediate purchase)
  • ✗ System-matched leads only (72-hour wait)

Understanding Free Limits

Retail Unmatched Leads Only:

  • Only retail unmatched prospects count toward free limits
  • System-matched leads must be purchased
  • Meeting-booked leads must always be purchased
  • Affluent, HNI, and UHNI leads are never free

How It Works

Example - Silver Plan Subscriber:

  • Purchase 4th lead: Must pay full price
  • Purchase affluent lead: Must pay (never free)

Tracking Your Usage:

  • Dashboard shows remaining free leads
  • Monthly counter resets on billing cycle
  • Usage history available in account

What Counts Toward Limits

Counts as Free:

  • ✓ Retail unmatched prospects only
  • ✓ Within your plan's monthly allocation

Does NOT Count as Free:

  • ✗ System-matched leads (even if retail)
  • ✗ Meeting-booked leads
  • ✗ Affluent, HNI, UHNI leads
  • ✗ Leads beyond monthly limit

  • Unmatched leads: Starting from base price
  • System-matched leads: Starting from higher base price

Tier Multipliers

Wealth tier multipliers apply to the base price:
