Learn how to view, approve, and manage client reviews through your Pro Dashboard.

Understanding the Review System

Riafin uses an approval-based review system to ensure quality and authenticity. All client reviews go through a moderation process before appearing on your public profile.

Review Workflow

How Reviews Are Submitted

Clients Can Submit Reviews:

  • After completing service with you
  • Via the review form on the platform
  • As registered users or guests (with email verification)

Review Requirements:

  • Star rating (1-5 stars)
  • Written feedback (minimum 10 characters)
  • Service date range
  • Legal acknowledgment of authenticity
  • Optional: Name and email (for guests)

Review Statuses

Unapproved Reviews:

  • Newly submitted reviews awaiting your approval
  • Visible only to you in the Pro Dashboard
  • Do not appear on your public profile
  • You decide whether to approve or keep private

Approved Reviews:

  • Reviews you've approved
  • Displayed on your public profile
  • Visible to potential clients
  • Contribute to your overall rating

Managing Reviews in Pro Dashboard

Accessing Your Reviews

Navigation:

  1. Log in to your Pro Dashboard
  2. Click on "Reviews" in the sidebar menu
  3. View tabs for "Unapproved" and "Approved" reviews

Review Dashboard Layout

Tabs:

  • Unapproved: Reviews awaiting your approval
  • Approved: Reviews already approved and public

Review Counts:

  • Shows total number in each category
  • Helps you track pending approvals

Review Details

Each Review Shows:

  • Rating: 1-5 star rating
  • Body: Written review text
  • Service Dates: When the service was provided
  • Reviewer: Name (if provided) or "Anonymous"
  • Submission Date: When review was submitted

Approving Reviews

To Approve a Review:

  1. Navigate to "Unapproved" tab
  2. Read the review content
  3. Click the "Approve" button
  4. Review immediately appears on your public profile

When to Approve:

  • ✅ Genuine client feedback
  • ✅ Appropriate and professional content
  • ✅ Accurate representation of your service
  • ✅ No confidential information disclosed

When to Keep Private:

  • ❌ Fake or spam reviews
  • ❌ Inappropriate language
  • ❌ Confidential information exposed
  • ❌ Clearly false claims

What You Cannot Do

Platform Limitations

You CANNOT:

  • Edit review content
  • Delete reviews permanently
  • Respond publicly to reviews
  • Hide approved reviews (once approved, they stay public)
  • Block specific reviewers

  • Prevents manipulation

Review Content Guidelines

Clients May Include:

  • Overall service experience
  • Communication quality

Clients Should NOT Include:

Once limit reached, oldest reviews may be archived.

If You Receive a Negative Review:

Q: How long do I have to approve a review? A: There is no time limit. Reviews remain in "Unapproved" until you approve them or contact support.
