Upgrading and Downgrading

How to Change Plans

Upgrading:

1. Go to Pro Account → Subscription
2. Select new plan
3. Pay prorated difference
4. Access new features immediately

Downgrading:

1. Request downgrade in account settings
2. Takes effect IMMEDIATELY
3. NO REFUND - you lose all money paid for the higher plan
4. All higher-tier benefits are removed immediately

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel anytime from account settings
• Subscription reverts to Free plan immediately upon cancellation
• No refunds for unused time
• Profile remains visible with Free plan limits

Is there a setup fee? No setup fees for any plan.

Can I pause my subscription? Annual plans cannot be paused. You can cancel and rejoin later.

What's the refund policy? No refunds. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
