Overview

The Orders section shows your complete purchase history, including lead purchases (both free allocations and paid), subscription plan purchases, and transaction details.

About Order History

The Orders section at /pro/dashboard/orders displays your complete purchase history. This includes lead purchases (both free allocations and paid) as well as subscription plan upgrades and renewals.

What You'll Find

  • All lead purchases (free and paid)
  • Subscription plan purchases (upgrades, downgrades)
  • Payment status for each order
  • Lead type or subscription plan details
  • Transaction dates and amounts

Understanding Order Records

Order Fields

Each order displays:

Field Description
Order ID Unique identifier for the transaction
Date When the purchase was made
Order Type Lead purchase or subscription
Lead Type / Plan Category of lead or subscription plan
Amount Price paid (₹0 for free allocations)
Status Payment status
Invoice Link to download invoice

Order Types in Orders

Lead Purchases

  • Unmatched Leads: General leads available for purchase
  • System-Matched Leads: Algorithm-matched leads (after 72-hour cooling)
  • Meeting-Booked Leads: High-intent leads with scheduled meetings

Subscription Plan Upgrades/Downgrades

  • Bronze: Entry-level plan - ₹9,990/year
  • Silver: Mid-tier plan - ₹19,990/year
  • Gold: Premium plan - ₹39,990/year

Order Statuses

Payment Status

Status Meaning
Paid Payment successful
Pending Payment processing
Failed Payment failed
Refunded Payment was refunded

Viewing Order Details

From the Orders List

  1. Navigate to /pro/dashboard/orders
  2. Click on any order row
  3. View full details

Order Detail Information

  • Lead name and questionnaire details
  • Contact information (after purchase)
  • Payment method used
  • Transaction ID
  • Invoice download link

Downloading Invoices

Access Invoices

  1. Go to /pro/dashboard/orders
  2. Find the order
  3. Click "Download Invoice"

Invoice Contents

Each invoice includes:

  • Riafin company details
  • Your advisor details
  • Order number and date
  • Lead type or subscription plan changes
  • Amount and tax (if applicable)
  • Payment status

Troubleshooting

Payment Failed

If a payment fails:

  1. Check your payment method
  2. Ensure sufficient balance/limit
  3. Try alternative payment method
  4. Contact support if issue persists

Order Not Delivered

If a lead is not delivered:

  1. Check order status
  2. Verify payment was successful
  3. Contact support with order ID

Best Practices

Track Spending

  • Review orders regularly
  • Monitor free allocation usage
  • Understand when payments are deducted

Record Keeping

  • Download invoices for tax purposes
  • Keep order numbers for reference
  • Track lead sources for business analysis
