Subscription Charges
Annual Billing:
- All plans billed annually
- Payment due at time of subscription/renewal
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled

Billing Cycle
Annual Subscription
How It Works:
- Subscription starts on payment date
- Billing cycle: 12 months from start date
- Renews automatically on anniversary
- Invoice sent 7 days before renewal

Renewal Process
Before Renewal:

- Payment method charged on renewal date

- Account downgraded to Free if payment fails
- Can manually renew anytime during grace period
