Understanding Your Charges

Subscription Charges

Annual Billing:

  • All plans billed annually
  • Payment due at time of subscription/renewal
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled

GST (18%):

  • Applied to all subscription charges
  • Shown separately on invoices
  • Required by Indian tax law

Lead Purchases:

Billing Cycle

Annual Subscription

How It Works:

  • Subscription starts on payment date
  • Billing cycle: 12 months from start date
  • Renews automatically on anniversary
  • Invoice sent 7 days before renewal

Example:

  • Subscribe: January 15, 2024
  • First renewal: January 15, 2025
  • Invoice sent: January 8, 2025

Renewal Process

Before Renewal:

  1. Invoice emailed 7 days prior
  2. Payment method charged on renewal date
  3. Success/failure notification sent
  4. Access continues uninterrupted

Failed Renewal:

  • Grace period: 7 days
  • Reminder emails sent
  • Account downgraded to Free if payment fails
  • Can manually renew anytime during grace period

Accessing Invoices

In Your Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to /pro/dashboard/invoices
  2. View all invoices
  3. Download PDF copies
  4. Filter by date range

Invoice Details:

  • Invoice number
  • Date of issue
  • Plan name and period
  • Base amount
  • GST amount
  • Total amount
  • Payment status

Tax Compliance

GST Information:

  • Riafin GSTIN provided on all invoices

Refund Policy

No Refunds

All Sales Final:

  • No refunds on subscription payments
  • No refunds on lead purchases
  • No refunds on plan upgrades
  • No refunds on any charges

Payment Issues

What Happens:

  • Immediate notification via email
  • Grace period: 7 days to resolve
  • Account remains active during grace period
