Your review helps other investors make informed decisions when choosing a financial advisor. Honest, detailed feedback creates transparency and holds advisors accountable.

When to Write a Review

Best times to review:

  • After 3-6 months of working together
  • When you have experienced their full service
  • After significant milestones (first plan, tax filing, etc.)
  • If you decide to stop working with them

What to Include

Rating Categories

Riafin uses a 5-star rating system across these areas:

1. Communication (1-5 stars)

  • Response time to emails/calls
  • Clarity of explanations
  • Listening skills
  • Proactive updates

2. Expertise (1-5 stars)

  • Knowledge of financial concepts
  • Understanding of Indian markets
  • Tax planning skills
  • Investment recommendations

3. Trustworthiness (1-5 stars)

Written Review Tips

Do Include:

  • Specific examples of their service
  • What impressed you most
  • Areas where they exceeded expectations
  • Who would benefit most from their services
  • The outcome of their advice

Example:

How to Submit a Review

  1. Log into your Riafin account
  2. Go to "My Advisors" section
  3. Click on the advisor you want to review
  4. Click "Write a Review" button
  5. Rate each category (1-5 stars)
  6. Write your detailed review (minimum 100 characters)
  7. Submit for moderation

Review Moderation

All reviews are moderated to ensure:

  • Authenticity (verified clients only)
  • No profanity or personal attacks
  • Relevance to advisory services
  • Compliance with SEBI guidelines

Timeline: Reviews are typically published within 24-48 hours.

Updating Your Review

You can update your review if:

  • Your experience changes significantly
  • You want to add new information
  • The advisor has improved/declined

Simply revisit the review section and edit your existing review.
