The Invoices section provides access to all your billing documents, including lead purchase invoices and subscription invoices.

About Invoices

The Invoices section at /pro/dashboard/invoices displays all your billing documents from Riafin. This includes invoices for lead purchases and subscription payments.

Invoice Types

Lead Purchase Invoices

Generated when you purchase leads:

  • Unmatched Leads: General lead purchases
  • System-Matched Leads: Purchases after cooling period
  • Meeting-Booked Leads: High-intent lead purchases

Subscription Invoices

Generated for plan payments:

  • Bronze Plan: ₹9,990/year + GST
  • Silver Plan: ₹19,990/year + GST
  • Gold Plan: ₹39,990/year + GST

Viewing Invoices

Accessing Invoices

  1. Log in to your Pro Dashboard
  2. Navigate to /pro/dashboard/invoices
  3. Browse your invoice history

Invoice List

Each invoice shows:

  • Invoice number
  • Date issued
  • Description (lead type or subscription)
  • Amount (including tax)
  • Status (Paid, Pending, Failed)
  • Download link

Invoice Details

What's Included

Each invoice contains:

  • Riafin company name and address
  • Your registered advisor details
  • Invoice number and date
  • Description of services
  • Subtotal amount
  • GST (18%)
  • Total amount
  • Payment method
  • Transaction reference

Downloading Invoices

Download Options

  1. Individual Download: Click the download icon next to any invoice
  2. Bulk Export: Not currently available (contact support for bulk requests)

File Format

Invoices are available as:

  • PDF format for printing
  • Digital records

Recommended Practice

  • Download invoices monthly
  • Save to cloud storage
  • Keep for tax filing purposes

Payment Status

Status Meaning Action Required
Paid Invoice fully paid None
Issued Invoice generated, payment pending Complete payment
Draft Invoice in draft state Awaiting processing
Cancelled Invoice cancelled Contact support

Tax Compliance

GST Details

All invoices include:

  • GSTIN (GST Identification Number)
  • Itemized GST (18%)
  • HSN codes where applicable

For Tax Returns

  • Download invoices for each financial year
  • Maintain records for 7 years as per tax law
  • Use invoices as proof of business expenses

Troubleshooting

Missing Invoice

If an invoice is missing:

  1. Check Orders section for the purchase
  2. Verify payment was successful
  3. Contact support with order details

Incorrect Invoice

If invoice details are wrong:

  1. Note the error
  2. Contact support with correct details
  3. Request revised invoice

Payment Issues

For payment-related problems:

  • Check payment method on file
  • Verify sufficient balance/limit
  • Try alternative payment method
  • Contact Razorpay support if needed
